 FAQs

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: You have 24hrs before your appointment to cancel and/or reschedule your service, same day cancellation is not tolerated and you will be charged 25% of service booked.

  • Please communicate if you are going to be late. 10-minute grace period, you will be charged an additional late fee if any later than 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes: $5

    After 15 minutes: $20

    After 30 minutes: Your appointment will have to be cancelled and rescheduled.

  • Blocked from being able to book with me & the card on file will be charged 50% of service booked. No excuses.
